Simple Warranty Process:

Rest assured, getting help is easy. Just email hola@ornwear.ca with your order number or receipt and a brief description of the issue. If you have an account with us, we can also find your order using your email address.

We understand regular wear and tear happens, so this warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Sale items discounted by 40% or more may not be covered by the warranty.
